Victor founded Victor Editorial House to give authors the kind of attentive, voice-respecting editorial partnership usually found inside traditional publishing houses — available directly, to independent and emerging writers.
He works across fiction and nonfiction, from first-draft assessments to final proofs, always beginning with a conversation about what the author wants their book to do.
That conversation helps distinguish a structural problem from a sentence-level one. There is little value in polishing a chapter that still needs to move, or proofreading a draft that is about to be rewritten. The aim is to recommend the work that serves the manuscript now.
